• Installation does not require washers:

  PVC rubber joints are equipped with vulcanized rubber flanges and fabrics integrated with pipes, which makes gaskets unnecessary in most applications. Check assembly instructions before installation. Steel wire or solid wire rope is embedded in the matrix and used as reinforcement for joints.

• Lightweight:

  The rubber expansion joint is relatively light in weight, which helps to reduce the installation labor cost.

• Reduce heat loss:

  Rubber expansion joint can reduce heat loss and provide long-term maintenance-free service.

• Flange:

  PVC flange. Flange production standards can be made into EN, ANSI, JIS, AWWA, GOST, DIN standards or any specific size.

4. If this product is used for supplying water for high place, anti-pull-off device should be installed if the pipe has or fixed bracket is not as no fixed stay or fixed bracket or the force of fixed bracket is not large than axial force.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Flexible rubber expansion joints shall not exceed the displacement limit during installation.
2. In the installation of bolts to be symmetrical, to gradually pressure and tighten, to prevent  partial  leakage.
3. When the rubber expansion joint is laid flat, suspended, and vertically installed, the actual working axial displacement pressure of the rubber joint should be less than the supporting force of the pipeline, otherwise the anti-lifting device should be installed to prevent the work from being pulled.
4. The installation location of the rubber joint should be kept away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly forbidden to irradiate with strong radiation, expose to the sun and use the medium that does not meet the requirements of this product.
5. When the rubber connector is transported, loaded, unloaded or installed, it is strictly forbidden to sharpen the surface sealing surface.
6. When installing DN200mm or above, please use butterfly valve special flange or small diameter flange for mating flange, so as to avoid flange pull-out, misalignment, sealing surface fracturing and water leakage after installation.
