  • Available for customers using linked digital payment services.

Contract-Based Payment (For Business Customers):

  • Payment terms are negotiated and specified in the business contract.
  • Payment deadlines and conditions will be clearly stated in the contract.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

  • All transactions must be made in legal currency and match the exact order value.
  • For bank transfers, VINVAL will confirm payment within 24 hours of receiving the funds.
  • Orders will only be processed and shipped after successful payment verification (except for COD orders).

3. PAYMENT SECURITY

  • VINVAL ensures the confidentiality of customer payment information and does not share it with third parties.
  • All online transactions are encrypted to guarantee maximum security.
