VINVAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

With our commitment to providing the best quality products and services, VINVAL offers a flexible return and refund policy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.


1. CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
Manufacturer defects: The product is defective, damaged, or does not meet technical specifications.
Wrong item received: Incorrect model, size, or quantity compared to the order.
Product damaged during shipping.
Not as promised: The product does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

Note:

  • The product must remain intact, unused, with original packaging and all accompanying accessories.
  • Customers must provide a purchase invoice or delivery receipt for support.
  • Return request period: Within 7 - 15 days from the date of receipt.

2. REFUND POLICY

VINVAL processes refunds in the following cases:
✅ No replacement product is available, or the replacement does not meet customer expectations.
✅ Product defects caused by the manufacturer, and the customer does not want an exchange.
✅ Order cancellation before the product is shipped.

Refund methods:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or the customer's original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5 - 10 business days after confirming a valid request.

3. RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

  • Step 1: Contact VINVAL via hotline or email to submit a return/refund request.
  • Step 2: Send the product to VINVAL’s service center along with the purchase invoice.
  • Step 3: VINVAL inspects and verifies the product within 3 - 5 business days.
  • Step 4: Process the exchange or refund according to the policy.
