VINVAL is committed to providing high-quality industrial valve products that meet international standards. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following warranty policy:

1. Warranty Period

• All VINVAL products come with a 6 to 12-month warranty, depending on the product line, starting from the delivery date.
• Specific warranty periods are stated on the contract or warranty certificate.

2. Warranty Conditions

The product is eligible for free warranty service if it meets the following conditions:
✅ Technical or manufacturing defects caused by VINVAL.
✅ The product is within the warranty period and has a valid invoice or warranty certificate.
✅ The product has been used correctly, installed, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

❌ The warranty period has expired.
❌ Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect usage, or exceeding design limits.
❌ External environmental factors such as chemical corrosion, excessive temperature, or pressure beyond the specified limit.
❌ The product has been disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized third party.

4. Warranty Process

• Customers should contact the VINVAL Warranty Center via hotline or email for support.
• Send the product along with the warranty certificate and purchase invoice to the warranty center.
• VINVAL will inspect and provide a resolution within 3 - 7 business days.
• If the product qualifies for warranty service, VINVAL will repair or replace it free of charge.
