  • Structure:

  • Rubber joint selection:

    1 Triangle threaded rubber soft joints must be selected according to the working pressure, connection mode, medium and compensation amount of the pipeline, and the number is selected according to the requirements of reducing the displacement.
    2 When installing the pipeline to generate instantaneous pressure and greater than the working pressure, use a joint higher than the working pressure. (For example, when the pressure at the start of the pipeline is greater than 1.0MPA, the joint with a working capacity of 1.6mpa should be used. When the instantaneous pressure is greater than 1.6Mpa, the joint of 2.5Mpa should be used)
    3 When the medium of the triangular thread rubber joint pipe is acid, alkali, oil, high temperature and other special materials, the joint should be selected above the working pressure of the pipeline.
    4 Normally applicable medium is ordinary water with temperature of 0-60 °c. For special medium such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard texture, the corresponding soft rubber connection of special resistant material should be used. Blind string or universal.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
